I help people set clearly defined life goals that can be broken down into clearly defined 'next do able steps'. So many people avoid defining their life goals and then if they do are overwhelmed as to how to reach those goals. They just continue to sustain their life as is without realizing that most of their goals are realistic and within their reach. I work with clients to begin the process of setting personal goals and work with them on how to realistically achieve them if they are truly desired.
With teaching my clients how to break down their goals into small do able steps and strategies, the journey to reach their own personal goals does not feel too difficult or unattainable.
Starting to Set Personal Goals
You set your goals on a number of levels:
First you create your "big picture" of what you want to do with your life (or over, say, the next 10 years), and identify the large-scale goals that you want to achieve.
Then, you break these down into the smaller and smaller targets that you must hit to reach your lifetime goals.
Finally, once you have your plan, you learn how to start working on it to achieve your desired goals
